Journaling Guide

Hi, I’m Hannah

My work guides you inward — using journaling to deepen self-awareness, understand yourself more clearly, and consciously shape the way you live.

Alongside the resources you’ll find here, I offer occasional workshops, small online journaling groups and a limited number of 1:1 sessions.

Whether you’re discovering journaling for the first time, looking to deepen your practice, or simply curious about my work, I’d love to hear from you.

Wherever life takes you — a notebook and pen, always.
— Hannah

Who is journaling for?

Journaling is for everyone who feels. Journaling is a simple way to explore your inner world and become more curious about your life.

  • You can journal because you're working through something.

  • You can journal because you're curious.

  • You can journal because you're changing.

  • You can journal because you're creating something new.

  • You can journal because you're wondering what's next.

  • You can journal because you want to explore what's possible.

Where to begin

Start by finding a notebook and a pen.

Any notebook will do — it doesn't matter what it looks like on the outside. Choose a pen that feels comfortable in your hand, with ink that flows easily across the page.

Everything else can begin from there.

Journaling is a lifestyle choice. It helps gather our energy inward, bringing us back to ourselves.

Journaling — A Conscious Life

Journaling is a lifestyle choice — a simple practice that can help us feel more connected to ourselves and more conscious of how we choose to live.

It gives us a place to explore and make sense of ourselves and our lives, while creating space to consider where we would like to go.

Journaling is a place for connection, growth, creativity, possibility and love.

In this way, journaling becomes a natural home for manifesting — exploring ideas, imagining change and achieving new things through conscious choice.

By writing about what we want to create — our ideas, hopes, dreams and heart's desires — we direct our attention and energy towards them.

All you need is a notebook and pen. That's what I enjoy most — its simplicity.

Over time, journaling can help:

  • Trust your inner voice — by writing and recognising what feels honest.

  • Find balance — by understanding thoughts, energy and emotions.

  • Build confidence — by discovering strengths and accepting shortcomings.

  • Reconnect— by paying attention to the spiritual depth in everyday life.

  • Imagine and grow — by exploring what could be and moving beyond what you thought possible.
