  • Journal coaching is uses jouranling as its primary tool to help clients gain self-awareness, process emotions, and move towards their goals.

It involves prompting and guiding individuals to use journaling for self-reflection, clarity of thought, exploration of feelings, and taking action aligned with values and aspirations.

  • Journal coaching believes in the power of writing to help individuals understand themselves better, explore their thoughts and feelings, and gain insights into their behaviors and motivations.

  • Coaches will explore different types of journaling to find a technique that best suits the client.

Coaches may use specific journaling prompts, exercises, or frameworks to guide clients in their journaling process and facilitate deeper reflection.
